Missouri History Museum

On December 10, 2014, the third group of thought leaders met at the historically-significant Missouri History Museum in Forest Park, St. Louis, Missouri. This site included the home of the famous painting “The Last Sale of Slaves” by Thomas Satterwhite Noble (1871) which originally stirred Laura Rand Orthwein, Jr,’s spirit 55 years prior. CLICK HERE FOR PAINTING.

At this Strategy Session, key documents were shared which captured Laura’s very first media expose of her work in New York city, circa 1962; mission statement refined; and evaluation of proposed new Laura X World Institute locations, offers and negotiations.
